On July 1, 2023, eight New Haven parishes were officially merged into Connecticut’s new Blessed Michael McGivney Parish. The following month, on Sunday, August 13, the parish celebrated the feast of its new patron for the first time as a community.
Born with a chromosomal disorder, baby Josephina Maria lived in this world for only 10 days.
